Meet our very own Taylor Smith, a CNA here at Signature HealthCare Rogersville!
Taylor is calm, patient and respectful at all times. She is here to provide a service to anyone that needs it, and is one of the first to step up and say, “I’ll do that!” when a need arises. This is why she was voted Sacred 7 winner for the month. We are very proud to call her a part of our clinical team!
Great job Taylor! We’re all really proud of you! Keep up the excellent work!

Nothing perks up a resident and stakeholder more than a visit from some furry (and not so furry) friends! Thank you to the Brooks family for setting up the visits for our residents. They enjoyed it so very much!
For National Nurses Week, this happy resident wanted to let the nurses know how much she appreciates the Signature HealthCare Rogersville nurses for all they do!
Three residents, an employee, and a local business were recently inducted into Signature Healthcare of Rogersville’s Hall of Fame Café.
This year’s inductees were residents Loretta Overbey, Joe Boyd and A.V. Collins, Signature Healthcare employee Lisa Dyer, and Christian Sells Funeral Home. Each was honored at the recent induction ceremony and have a commemorative plaque hung in the Signature Healthcare dining hall.
Signature HealthCare Rogersville appreciates the staff of Christian-Sells Funeral Home for their community involvement and caring attitudes. They are a “lighthouse in the community,†as they participate in many fun events for the elders and also “take great pride in caring for each family during their time of loss.†We are so blessed to have them as an integral part of our community.
On Thursday, November 21st, Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville residents, families & stakeholders celebrated Thanksgiving in grand style with a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner with turkey, dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, rolls and pumpkin pie. Our residents love this time to spend with their families and count their Blessings. I know for the stakeholders it was, as always a Blessing for us to take part in all the excitement and wonder of this Season of Thanksgiving. From our hours to yours, God bless each & every one of you! Happy Thanksgiving!
Meet our Social Services Director, Jennifer Blanton. Jenny worked with us as Social Services Director until 2014 when she took an opportunity to take a job that would allow her more time to spend with her baby girl. We were broken hearted but like all our staff that spread their wings to pursue other paths, if you are truly a part of our Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville family those paths seem to bring you back home to us. We have seen it happen over and over.
